What It Is

This is not a prompt-hack course. It is not a generic AI literacy class.

It is structured training in the skills that actually matter when you work with AI: problem framing, judgment, revision skill, decision-making, alignment, and agency under pressure.

You'll work through real tasks, get feedback on your process, and build repeatable habits that compound over time. The goal is to leave the cohort with a higher Human Velocity score — and the skills to keep raising it.

Program Structure

Four weeks of guided practice, each one building on the last. Every week includes a practical task, structured feedback, and a focus on one cluster of dimensions.

Week 1: Clarity & Framing

Define better problems before you ever ask AI for help. Learn to separate the real question from the surface request, and set context that makes AI useful instead of generic.

Week 2: Judgment & Collaboration

Learn to direct AI intentionally and critique outputs instead of accepting them passively. Build the ability to spot weak reasoning, vague advice, and silent errors.

Week 3: Alignment & Decision-Making

Use AI in ways that stay aligned with your values, goals, context, and audience. Practice comparing options, weighing tradeoffs, and choosing with confidence.

Week 4: Momentum & Integration

Build a repeatable workflow you can use in real work and life. Integrate everything you've practiced into a personal operating system for working with AI.

What You'll Leave With

Who It's For

Founders

Who want to make better decisions faster and scale their thinking without scaling headcount.

Consultants

Who need to produce sharper analysis, clearer recommendations, and better client outcomes.

Coaches

Who want to deepen their frameworks and work more effectively with AI-assisted research.

Operators

Who manage complex workflows and need systems that actually work at scale.

Creatives

Who want to use AI as a thinking partner without losing their unique voice and judgment.

Thoughtful Professionals

Who care about doing good work, making real decisions, and staying in control of their own thinking.

The goal is not just to get better outputs. The goal is to become better at using AI in a way that makes you more capable, not more dependent.

Founding Cohort — Limited Spots

The first cohort is intentionally small. We're looking for people who are serious about raising their Human Velocity and willing to do the work.
